Website and commercial enquiry terms.
These terms apply to the ORSENATAS Systems commercial website and enquiry stage. They do not replace the written proposal or service agreement for customer work.

B2B website and enquiry stage
The standard ORSENATAS Systems offer is intended for businesses and professional activities. Anyone may view the website, but submitting a project brief is a request for a commercial discussion, not an automatic order, acceptance or guarantee that we will take on the work.
A customer engagement begins only when the parties agree the applicable written proposal or service agreement. That document controls the final scope, price, taxes, payment timing, delivery, dependencies, support and any additional work.
Website information and pricing
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but examples and descriptions are general information rather than a promise that every feature or delivery route fits every project. UK pricing is supplied in a written quote. Prices, taxes, applicable setup fees, support limits and project-specific requirements are confirmed before agreement.
Managed services, one-time routes and handover
Managed subscription payments are payments for continuing hosting, maintenance, backups, support, updates and use of the managed service. They are not instalments toward ownership.
One-time or self-hosted delivery is a separate commercial route. Store handover is also separate: after the initial managed term a handover fee applies; earlier handover also requires the remaining minimum contractual commitment. Amounts and the full handover terms are confirmed in the final written agreement.
Acceptable use of the enquiry form
Provide information you are authorised to share and keep it relevant to the project. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment-card data, unlawful material, malicious content or other sensitive information through the project brief. Do not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the service or impersonate another person or business.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the marketing-site content, brand assets, design and software are owned by or licensed to ORSENATAS LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use the site for evaluating the service, but that permission does not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, publish, sell or commercially reuse protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
Ownership and licence terms for customer deliverables are defined only in the applicable written proposal or service agreement.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend or change the public website and its information. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. This does not change any commitment expressly agreed in a customer’s written service agreement.
